Because our apparel is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind or personal preferences. However, we understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right!

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No worries!

We accept requests for size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide exchange instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items returned without prior authorization
